Due to the nature of custom homes and differing finishes, locations, utilities, floorplan design, permits, fees, etc., using average pricing is not effective. We do not give guess-only accurate bids. We do require a minimum budget of $350k for the construction of the home. We recommend that you complete the Client Meeting Checklist & then set up a meeting for an estimate of construction costs.

Own a lot in the Portland-Metro area. (Our service area will be determined on a case-by-case basis and based on our current workload and specific location of the build site.)
Lot improvements or dividing must be 100% completed and signed off by the city.
You must be pre-approved for a construction loan and must provide a pre-approved letter before the meeting.
